Pest Control Qualifications
All technicians must hold RSPH Level 2 Award in Pest Management (or equivalent recognised qualification). Foundation level minimum; some clients require Level 3.

Public Liability Insurance
Minimum £5m public liability insurance covering pest control operations.
Evidence: Insurance certificate.
COSHH Assessments
COSHH assessments for all pesticides and biocides used.
