Terms of Service
1. Who you’re contracting with

Hi-VizBiz is a trading style of TGF Digital. These terms apply when you buy any service from us.
2. Our services
We provide marketing services to trade businesses, sold as monthly packages or as bespoke work. What’s included in each package is set out on our pricing page at the time you sign up.
We may improve or change what’s in a package. If a change materially reduces what you receive, we’ll tell you at least 30 days beforehand and you can cancel without penalty.
3. Payment
Packages are billed monthly in advance, or annually if you choose that option. Prices exclude VAT where applicable.
Payment is by card via Stripe. If a payment fails we’ll retry and let you know. If it remains unpaid after 14 days we may suspend the service.
Advertising spend is separate. Where we manage paid advertising, that budget is paid by you directly to the advertising platform from your own account. We don’t mark it up and we never hold it.
4. Cancelling
Monthly packages: cancel any time. Tell us before your next billing date and you won’t be charged again. We don’t refund part-months.
Annual packages: cancel at any time, effective at the end of the term.
We may end the agreement if you don’t pay, or if you ask us to do something unlawful or that would damage our reputation.
5. Your website
You own your website. If you leave, you can take it with you and we’ll provide an export at no charge. We’ll also transfer any Google Analytics or Search Console property we set up for you.
We’re not responsible for content you supply, and you confirm you have the right to use any images, text or logos you give us.
6. What we don’t promise
We’ll do the work competently and to a professional standard. But we can’t guarantee rankings, traffic, enquiries or sales. Anyone who does is misleading you — search engines and advertising platforms are outside anyone’s control.
Where we describe typical results or timescales, those are illustrations, not commitments.
7. Your responsibilities
To do our job we need you to give us access to what we need, respond to reasonable requests, and answer the enquiries we generate. If you don’t, we can’t be responsible for the outcome.
8. Liability
Nothing here limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that can’t be limited by law.
Otherwise, our total liability to you in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period. We’re not liable for loss of profit, loss of business or indirect losses.
9. Confidentiality and data
Each of us will keep the other’s confidential information confidential. Where we process personal data on your behalf, a separate data processing agreement applies and forms part of these terms.
10. General
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.
We may update these terms. We’ll tell you at least 30 days before any material change.
